IMES CCM PRO system is a fully scalable data acquisition and integrity management system suitable for local and multiple site monitoring activities.

Operational use data is collected from a suite of sensors mounted on individual assets such as cranes, transporters and lifting equipment. The data is used locally at the asset to provide live safety, health feedback and interlocks with equipment. The main feature however is the use of this data, combined with manually input test, inspection and NDT testing data in a central database and analysis tool. CCM PRO provides an instantaneous and ongoing health status for individual assets benefiting safety, asset availability and maintenance planning.
